Takopi's Original Sin

Was okay. The first half is much stronger than the last couple episodes, and it's really not that deep, just a lot of traumatic things happening to characters with very little development in the story, but it's nicely animated and entertaining enough for me to finish in one sitting while I worked on art commissions.

Good Omens

Season 1 is 5/5 stars and it really should have ended there. Season 2 was... okay. Extremely predictable considering I and many others had been writing fanfiction with the exact same plot before a second season was even announced. Season 3 was... terrible. The ending was cute I suppose and I liked their version of Jesus (what little we saw of him), but even with all the Neil Gaeman drama taken into account, it was so rushed and sloppy that I'd rather they just not have done anything at all and left it on a cliff hangerat season 2.

The Penguin

100% Masterpiece of a mini series and does an excellent job of revealing character information that puts you through a rollercoaster of emotions. You don't have to be a fan of or even understand anything about the DC universe or Batman to follow along, it stands on its own as a mobster show.

Garth Marenghi's Darkplace

Genuinly the funniest mini show I've ever seen, it's only not in my Top 5 because it ended too soon, and I haven't done enough rewatches to get emotionally attached to it yet. A parody of bad supernatural/hospital shows, you'll love it if you're aware of rediculous medical drama tropes.

Fallout

It's fun, but it's not great. Season 1 was alright, and Season 2 bombed (hehe). It really rides off the clout and preexisting fanbase of the Fallout Franchise. That being said, I'll probably continue watching for Goggins if a 3rd season drops.

Gurren Lagann

Guy I was seeing kept pestering me to watch this show and when I finished it and called it underwhelming he dumped me. I stand by my opinions, Gurren Lagann is mid at best, don't let the anime nerds tell you it's a must watch.

Sonny Boy

LOVE the artstyle. First episode or two might seem a lil slow, and it's not really an action show so it could be considered a slow show in general, but it's sooo good. A beautiful show with beautiful music and a great and weird coming of age story. Isn't too long either!
